HOW DID IT START?
Initiated by Frédéric TRUCHET, surgeon and founder of the Saumur Ladies’ Collective, the United Ladies’ Challenge aims to prove the strength of the collective through a descent of the Loire rivers in a Dragon Boat.
A collective experience where group cohesion and immersion in the heart of nature!
WHEN AND HOW LONG?
This challenge lasts 15 days. Paddling sessions are organised during the day. Some are done at sunrise as well as at the sunset, in order to take advantage of the beautiful lights offered by the landscapes of the Loire.
HOW IS IT ORGANIZED?
Teams of 8 paddlers will paddle down the Loire River to cover the 700 kilometres that will reach the major cities along the Loire.
Camps will be set up for the nights of the adventure.
